Anti-Aging Breakfast Shake

This shake is packed full of the best anti-aging ingredients I've found. It's the perfect breakfast to boost your metabolism and help with weight loss too!  


Ingredients for one shake:
1 scoop of collagen powder
a handfull of raspberries or blueberries
1-2 teaspoons of Nutritional Yeast Flakes
1/4 c. probiotic kefir milk (plain)
water + ice 

I've been using Bone Broth Protein for a while now, and feeling some amazing results. It's very effective in helping with leaky gut issues, and is full of glycine, an amino acid important in liver detox. It also contains collagen, but I add in another collagen powder as well, so I get more than one type for my skin, hair, and nails. The berries give the shake fiber, flavor, and antioxidants, and the probiotics are a must for keeping healthy gut flora, and aiding in nutrient absorption. The nutritional yeast flakes are SO important for Celiacs, in my opinion, since we are not getting some of these nutrients from wheat and "regular" breads.

Try this shake for at least a week!
