Gluten-Free "Cadbury-style" Eggs

With Easter just around the corner, here's  a quick and easy recipe for Non-GMO, gluten-Free, soy-free, corn-free "Cadbury-style" eggs!

For filling, mix together:
1/2 nut butter (peanut butter, almond, or sunflower)
2 1/2 tablespoons of coconut flour
1 teaspoon of Agave Syrup 

Roll into 6-8 "eggs" and place on wax paper. Freeze for 15 mintues.

For topping, melt together:
1/2 cup Enjoy Life chocolate chips
1 tablespoon coconut oil

With a toothpick, place each "egg" into the chocolate sauce.
Optional: sprinkle with TJ's organic coconut flakes.
Refrigerate and serve.
