Gluten-Free Baked Avocado Eggs


I've been seeing recipes for this all over Facebook lately, so I decided to give it a try...
 It was actually VERY tasty, and super easy to make! 
Give it a try for a healthy Gluten-Free Breakfast.


Gluten-Free Baked Avocado Eggs

Ingredients: 
*2 fresh avocados
*2 eggs
*Salt, Pepper, Chopped Onion, Turmeric
(or any spice of your choice to taste). 

Directions:
*Cut the avocados in half 
scoop out a "hole" to drop the eggs in.
*Crack the eggs. Place 1/2 egg in each avocado.

*Top with any spices you like. I love salt, pepper and onion flakes.

Bake on 425 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
Wal-lah! Gluten-Free Breakfast. Enjoy!
(Makes 4 "halves") 2 halves shown in picture.
