Gluten-Free, High-Protein Pancakes

I've been testing out pancake recipes with the Gluten-Free Bisquick Mix. This one is super-easy, fast, and tastes amazing! It's also high in protein, so a great way to start your day.


For each pancake, you will need:
2 eggs, 1/4 c. GF Bisquick Mix, a dash of water, and 2 tbsp. butter.
Butter the pan, cook on medium high.
Use a small frying pan. Flip the pancake after it's browned on one side.
Top with your favorite berries and organic powdered sugar.
Under 10 minutes, you have breakfast!
