These are perfect as a side-dish or snack, and SO EASY to make!
Gluten-Free Sweet Potato Chips
Directions: Get any size sweet potato and cut into thin discs. Place on a foil-covered cookie sheet and top with olive oil, brown sugar, and sea salt. Bake at 250 - 300 degrees for 8-15 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them. Taste test one before removing from the oven.
Serve immediately. They taste wonderful right out of the oven!
