It's the end of Paleo week 3 - and I'm still feeling great! It's been fun trying some new products and creating new meals. Here's what I had tonight:
Miracle Noodles -the perfect Paleo (and calorie-free) noodle. I get them at Whole Foods, and really love them. Just drain, boil for 3 minutes, and they're ready.
.......with Dave's Gourmet Pasta Sauce (the best sauces on the planet!)
...and some cooked shrimp (fried with olive oil, Himalayan pink sea salt, pepper, and basil)
...topped with Mango Salsa (from Fresh & Easy - this stuff tastes SO good on fish or chicken)
...and some salad!
