This is one of the easiest, most delicious, and healthiest recipes I've made. Try it out!
All you'll need is:
Guerro brand corn tortillas (they are gluten-free!)
FAGE brand plain yogurt
Salmon (canned or grilled)
Mango Salsa from FRESH & EASY (My absolute favorite...and only 15 cal. per. serving!)
A Lemon or a Lime
A pinch of sea salt & basil
*Fry up the tortillas in olive oil on medium high for about 5 minutes, or until slightly crispy.
Spoon some Fage Yogurt on the tortillas...then add as much salmon and mango salsa as you'd like!
(Squeezing the juice from a lemon or lime can help to get rid of the "fishy" taste).
This flavorful meal provides you with a ton of healthy protein, omega-3 fatty acids, and anti-oxidants. I hope you enjoy!
