Gluten-Free Deep Dish Bell Pepper Pizza


I've just been introduced to the KING ARTHUR FLOUR mixes, and they are AMAZING.
 Just made this pizza last night:


Ingredients:

King Arthur Flour Brand Pizza Crust Mix
Oil
Water
3 Eggs

8 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
6 oz. Cheddar Cheese
One green, one yellow, and one red pepper
1 jar of Prego Marinara Sauce

Directions:

Prepare crust as directed. (Instead of doing 2 smaller pizzas, I made one larger one, with thicker crust for a deep-dish style pizza. (This just added about 15 minutes onto the total baking time.)

When crust is half-baked, remove from oven.
Spread entire jar of marinara sauce on top of crust.
Top with cheeses, bell peppers, and any other topping of your choice.

Continue baking until crust is slightly brown on the bottom, and ENJOY! :)
